Participant recruitment is not included. Overseas contracts are quoted separately based on currency and payment method.

  • Uses external recruitment channels in addition to the Conveloq platform.

  • The minimum fee applies only when 25% is below KRW 500,000 (it is not added on top).
Specific occupations, conditions or experiences, rare criteria, and urgent recruitment are quoted separately after review.

Basic recruitment keeps a minimum fee of KRW 500 per participant. VAT (10%) applies to the full amount billed by Conveloq (compensation budget + fee); if your institution pays compensation directly, it applies to the fee only. No VAT applies to overseas contracts (Participant Payment and Dedicated Recruitment). Age, gender, and region criteria and basic prescreening are included at no extra cost.

Service delivery, cancellation & refunds

Please review the following before payment.

Service delivery

Service begins after payment and confirmation of the study requirements. Specific terms such as recruitment period, target sample size, payment schedule, and service scope follow the study application, quotation, or contract. The service is provided for up to 6 months from the payment date.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and a full refund are available before the service begins. After the service begins, the refund is calculated after deducting work already performed, recruitment costs actually incurred, payment/transfer costs, and participant compensation already paid. Details follow the Refund Policy, the Terms of Service (Researchers) or the individual contract.
