Privacy Policy Amendment for Online Payment of Service Fees (Toss Payments)

Conveloq Inc. is connecting the payment service of Toss Payments Co., Ltd., an electronic payment gateway (PG), so that researchers can pay Conveloq service fees by card and other methods on the pricing page, and is amending its Privacy Policy as described below.

There is no change to how existing members' personal information is processed. These amendments apply only when you log in with a researcher account and pay service fees.

Reason for the amendment

To process service fee payments, we process billing information and payment records and outsource payment processing to Toss Payments, so we are adding and updating the related clauses. Card numbers and other payment method details are handled directly by Toss Payments; Conveloq does not store them. Toss Payments is a Korean company, so this amendment involves no international transfer of personal information.

When payments start

Payments on the pricing page are currently test payments for the merchant review, and no actual charge is made. Actual card payments will start after the merchant review is completed and on or after the effective date of this amended policy.

The Korean version of this notice prevails in case of any discrepancy.
