About your registration number (not subject to consent)
Your resident registration number (or alien registration number for foreign residents) is processed under Article 24-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act to withhold tax on other income and file payment statements under the Income Tax Act, and is not subject to consent. It is stored encrypted, viewed only by Conveloq payment staff, and never provided to the research team. If you are paid, it is kept for 5 years from the end of the tax year that includes the payment date; if you are not paid, it is destroyed 1 year after the study closes. Without it, the payment cannot be made.

① Collection and use
Items: name, mobile number, bank name, account number, account holder, electronic signature / Collected automatically: IP address and browser/device information at the time of the claim, time of consent and verification
Received from the research team: name, payment amount, study title
Purpose: paying the study payment to your account, verifying you (name match and SMS verification), notifying the result, handling payment inquiries and disputes
Retention: account number and mobile number for 3 years from payment (1 year after the study closes if not paid); name, amount, bank name, account holder, signature and claim records as payment evidence for 5 years from the end of the tax year of the payment (or claim)
② Payment status shared with the research team
Recipient: the research team of this study and its research institution
Purpose: confirming research-fund spending and whether you were paid
Items: whether you claimed, payment status (information submitted, pending payment, paid, payment error) and the error reason, processing time
Retention: until the payment settlement for the study is complete
Your registration number, account number and mobile number are not shared.
You may refuse, but then the payment cannot be made.

Details

You sign up with the verified mobile number (if the number is already registered, the payment is linked to that account).
Stored as member information: name, mobile number, date of birth, domestic/foreign national status — date of birth and domestic/foreign status are derived from the registration number you entered; the number itself is not stored in your member information.
No gender, interests or other research profile is collected. Retention: until you delete your account.
Children under 14 cannot sign up and cannot claim a payment on this page.
