Once your participation is confirmed complete, participation rewards are paid directly by Conveloq. Funds for payouts are arranged under Conveloq's contract with the researcher or institution that registered the study.
Points are Conveloq's internal settlement unit and cannot be converted directly into cash, gift cards, or electronic money.
No withdrawal request is needed — once your balance reaches 5,000 KRW or more, Conveloq pays it out directly twice a month, on the 15th and the 30th, to the bank account registered on your settlement info page (each payout reflects your balance as of 3 days before that date).
Taxes may be withheld depending on the income type and your residency status; details are provided at payout.
